ShamXross pre-Regional Championships hot lap

Big thanks to the amazing volunteers who helped with #ShamXross course prep this weekend. As a reward, we had some fun with hot laps - thanks to Glynn at WestSide Coaching for this video.

If you've ever wondered what it's like to ride through the spiral, or want some insights into the current course layout, take a look! Sandpit avoided on this hot lap, but will be used during the race. (There's a bit of traditional faffing in the first minute before they get underway, but no race would be complete without that!)
